Subject: 1 weird technique for building mass...(one of my favorites)...

Your muscles are smart...in the sense that they adapt very quickly
to the stresses that you put on them.

So to keep them off balance and keep them growing, you need to
regularly hit them with stuff they're not used to (and yes, "stuff"
is a technical term in this case).

The technique I want to show you today is one of my favorites...
In-Set Supersets.

I've talked about this technique before, so if you've tried this, you
know how good it is. If you're not familiar with In-Set Supersets,

You're essentially going to combine TWO exercises (that share a
common position) into one set, alternating reps of each. I've found
this puts TREMENDOUS tension on the target muscles, which in
turn results in tremendous growth.
