Subject: Why the WORST thing about interval training for fat-loss is that it works...

The best thing about High Intensity Interval
Training (HIIT) is that it works VERY well for
fat loss.

And this may sound strange, but I think it's also the WORST.

You see...because it works so well, there is great tempation to
do it a lot...to the point of doing it WAY TOO MUCH and
getting into overtraining..

Thing is, I'm actually a big fan of purposeful overtraining
when it comes to resistance training.

However, I'm NOT a fan of overtraining with cardio, and that
especially includes HIIT. I think it very quickly becomes
counterproductive when you start doing it too much.

Because when you overdo cardio training, it can sabotage
your fat-loss efforts while causing your body to also
shed muscle mass.

And when fat loss grinds to a halt while you're
also losing muscle mass, you
actually end up
looking fatter while feeling weak and tired.

Not exactly what you were looking for when you're killing yourself
doing HIIT every day trying to lose fat and look better!

You have to know how to walk the fine line between getting the
results you want and blasting yourself into oblivion.

So right now, I want to introduce you to a new friend of mine
Jason Klein, former fitness instructor for the US Navy.

Jason has put together a very cool 15 minute training system
that SOLVES that interval training issue very elegantly.

It's a science-based program he calls Interval Cardio
Resistance Training or ICRT
™.

This fat-burning method strategically "spares" hormones,
like growth hormone, by using a specific combination of strength
training/bodyweight training and "just enough" high intensity
interval training to hit the SWEET SPOT of fat-burning...

...WITHOUT killing yourself doing too much interval training.

Check it out here:

15 minute EXTREME fat-burning breakthrough [ICRT™]

The concept is somewhat similar in concept to my own Fat Loss
Circuit Training. Jason's approach is unique, though, and I
really like the way he's structured these workouts.

Bottom line, if you like time-efficient, challenging and effective
fat-loss training (no please, anything but that ;), I think his
ICRT program is definitely worth checking out and grabbing a
copy of.
