I call it Antagonistic Time-Volume Training...and it's
one of my favorite "no brains required" methods for
building balanced muscle and strength like clockwork (it's
also PERFECT for losing fat!).

When you do this style of training, you'll know...

- exactly what weight to use,
- how many reps to do,
- how long to do it for
- and when to increase the weight...

ZERO brains required.

This is a workout style I think is absolutely worth using
whether your goal is to build muscle or burn fat.

And it's literally one of the SIMPLEST, most
effective workouts you'll ever do...
