Subject: The #1 worst oil you can cook with is...
...one that you may actually even
think is GOOD for you!
It's Canola oil.
Yep, you might think it's healthy but in reality, when you
cook with canola, it can be a MASSIVE source of trans-fats.
You see, canola oil contains polunsaturated fatty acids, which
are easily transformed into trans-fats under high heat. Recent
research conducted at the University of Florida found the
trans-fat levels of commercial canola oil products to be a
whopping 4.6%the highest of all oils, making it officially
the #1 worst oil to cook with.
And
there are FOUR more garbage oils that you need to watch
out for as well....(page 8)
The major issue with polyunsaturated fatty acids is that
these cheap oils are used in just about everything, including
salad dressings, baked goods, fried foods, and the vast
majority of packaged foods.
Theyre even found in many healthy food items like
protein bars, cereals, dried fruit, and nuts, so completely
avoiding them is hard to do unless you know what you're
looking for.
"Garbage" oils like the ones I mentioned CAN be
avoided, though...
In
this free report, you can learn more about these 5 oils...
how they can increase systemic inflammation in your body,
the damage they can cause, and what you can do to
minimize their negative effects (not eating them in the first
place is #1, of course, but there are other ways as well!).
The list of the other four "bad"
oil is found on page 8 of the
report, but definitely have a read through the whole thing...
lots
of excellent info in it.
