So last night was the Super Bowl...and it's
one of the biggest "calorie bomb" days of
the year for many people!

My philosophy is this...don't worry if you ate a
bunch of stuff that you wouldn't normally eat.

Feeling guilty about it is actually more harmful to
your body than the food itself actually is!
