Subject: KILLER new bicep exercise...[there will be swearing]
Not by me...by YOU...when you try this technique for the first time ;).
I just did this one last night in my training lab (a.k.a. my basement)
and I was VERY impressed with how well it worked.
You're going to be combining two different bicep exercises
into a single set, alternating reps of each. If you're familiar with my
In-Set Superset technique, you'll have an idea of what this one is about.
The two exercises in this version are designed to put MASSIVE tension
and stretch overload on the biceps. You'll be expanding the fascia
(to give your biceps room to grow) while keeping strong tension on the biceps.
It's a muscle-growth double-shot that will hit your biceps HARD.
