Subject: I just put my Hybrid Training book on sale for CHEAP...
Yep, it's true...for the next few days, I've knocked 40% off the
price of my book "Hybrid Training"...
...and I have to say, this is really one of my favorite books that
I've written. The concepts in it are really cool :).
Essentially, Hybrid Training is about combining two forms of
resistance (for example cables or bands and dumbells or barbells)
into ONE exercise to...
1. Eliminate the weak points of BOTH exercises and maximize
muscle tension for accelerated muscle growth
(e..g. combining dumbell presses and cable flyes allows you to
develop tension at the bottom of the dumbell press then, as you
press up, the cable flyes kick in and add tension as you bring the
dumbells together - your muscles get NO break...it's insanely effective).
2. Change the direction of resistance to hit the movement
patterns in a more effective fashion based on how the target
muscles work
(e.g. when doing deadlifts, you can add cable or band resistance to
the front of the bar so as you stand up and lock out, your lower back
gets direct horizontal resistance in addition to vertical loading).
3. Better match the strength curves of specific exercises for
dramatically increased strength gains by adjusting resistance
as your leverage change
(e.g. if you're using normal free weight exercises, you're only able
to use as much weight as you can lift at the WEAKEST point in the lift...
with Hybrid Training, you dynamically change resistance to assist in
the weakest points and ADD resistance in the stronger points).
I'll give you very specific examples of each one of these points on the
site (click here to go there now)...rest assured, this is some of my
BEST "mad scientist" stuff :).
You can use Hybrid Training to build muscle faster, develop strength
faster and even accelerate your fat-loss results (I've found you get a
HUGE metabolic boost from this style of training when done on a
fat-loss program).
Definitely check it out now...it's very effective and a lot of fun!
