Dumbell Shoulder Palm Presses

If you need a change in your shoulder movements, this is a great
way to go...you'll be pressing a dumbell with a flat palm
position, which I've found increases muscle activation,
especially in the lateral delt head. You also get an extra bit of
leverage resistance as you come to the top in this very cool
variation.
