Subject: Blast your chest with this cool "dropless" drop set technique...
Yeah, you read that right...it's a drop set where you don't
actually drop the weight...and it's EXTREMELY effective
for targeting muscle growth.
I call it a Stability Drop Set and the idea behind it is that you
move from a less stable exercise to a more stable exercise,
allowing you to use the same resistance for more reps, which
will ideally lead to more growth.
It's a simple concept for sure...for me, it was almost a case of
being TOO simple. As insane as I am, sometimes just simple
tweaks like this are just what the doctor ordered.
Heck, you may have even done this before and called it
something else yourself! :)
