Subject: A MUCH better way to do Incline Curls (simple trick)...
 The Incline 
          Dumbbell Curl is one of THE most 
          effective bicep-building exercises you can do.
          
          It puts a great stretch 
          on the biceps at the bottom and is a key
          exercise for major muscle growth in the arms...
          
          ...and let me just say, the standard 
          way of setting up and 
          performing the Incline Curl is just fine. There's nothing
          inherently wrong with it.
          
          HOWEVER...there IS a better way 
          to do the exercise...
          
          It's going to put a MUCH greater 
          stretch on the biceps, making
          the exercise even MORE effective for building mass in the arms.
          
          And the best part is, it's done 
          on the same bench as the regular
          version...same everything in fact...the only change will be
          where on the bench you sit (you'll see why it's more effective).
