| Dear Stargazers,
When the series of Uranus-Pluto squares first began back in mid-2012, I voiced my opinion here, on the radio and on my Facebook page that I wouldn't be surprised if by the time of the USA's Pluto return we were two separate nations.
Why? Because as I wrote in 2016:
"For the past several years, the voice of the people has been loud, angry and divided about it’s nation’s future direction. When this revolutionary cycle ended, so did the middle of the road, and in its wake it left a single question that begged to be answered: Who’s side are you on?"
I saw this divide coming back in 2012, and while it may not be so in the literal sense, no one can deny that it isn't so in the figurative one. Gone are the days of meeting in the middle as more and more people are adopting an "us against them" mentality.
When will it end? With the nation's Pluto return taking place in the second house of values (it begins in February 2022), that's one of the areas we can expect to see transformed as part of this cycle. However, since Plutonian transformation is a process, and often a gut-wrenching one at that, it's in everyone's best interest to move away from extremism and find common ground to resolve as many of our differences as possible. |
