Dear Stargazers,

I want to give you the heads up about TWO new limited-time offers that will soon be coming your way.

First, the feedback from the Venus Story reading was so positive as to its insight and helpfulness that in the next few weeks, I'm going to offer another planet-focused reading. This one will be on the planet I feel is the most underrated in the zodiac: the Moon. Like the Venus reading, it will be $75.00 and will a minimum of 20 minutes, and you'll be able to ask up to 3 questions about the planet that (among other things) governs your emotions, reveals where you experience fluctuation in life and describes what you need to feel secure.

Next, those of you who are interested in learning astrology from me will soon have an opportunity to purchase "A Brilliant Chaos: Uranus in the Horoscope." In this MP3 course, I'll be sharing the insights I've gained during my almost 30-years of professional practice. Why am I starting with Uranus? Because it's my favorite planet (shhh! please don't tell the others!)

Both of the foregoing offers will ONLY be available to you through this newsletter. If at some point I decide to make them available to everyone (non-subscribers), it will be offered to them at a higher price.

What else? For now that's it, so let's take a look at the upcoming forecast.

BEST AVOIDED

The energies on these days aren't favorable for new ventures or any activity where you want or need a definite result. If you must schedule something, you may have to think on your feet, or there may be a need for patience or flexibility.

FULL MOON 20°24' SCORPIO
May 10, 2017 | 5:42 PM
Washington, DC

As the sign that rules birth, death and regeneration, Scorpio holds the title of the most profound sign in the zodiac, and this month's full moon is saturated in its transformational energy.

While the end result of a transformation can be wonderful, the process can be a painful one. Fortunately, that's not the case according here as the Scorpio full moon sextiles (opportunity) its ruler, Pluto. Although some effort is required is on your part, the energy of this full moon carries the potential for a rebirth on a psychological level.

It also carries the potential for making changes in a relationship. Located in the second house of the full moon chart, the Scorpio moon makes a quincunx to a Mercury/Uranus conjunction in the 7th house of marriage/partnership. Since quincunxes create awkward circumstances, this planetary interplay suggests some type of uneasiness in a relationship due to a difference in personal values.

Although any type of relationship can be involved, since Pluto is conjuncting (embracing) Juno (the marriage asteroid), there's an emphasis on committed romantic unions, and its placement in the 3rd house (contracts) suggests a relationship that just may be destined to go to the distance.

With the Scorpio moon making a sextile to the Juno/Pluto conjunction, there's a clear opportunity to resolve these differences through the use of 3rd house tools (discussion, negotiation and a general exchange of ideas). If so, the union will experience an emotional renewal, and its bond will be deepened.
Getting Personal

A full moon occurs when the Sun and Moon form an aspect known as an opposition. The house that holds the Moon is where the action is in your chart, and something related to one (or more) of the life areas ruled by it may come to light, to fruition or to an end. However, since a full moon falls across two houses, it's important to consider the life areas of the house that holds the sun as well.

Saturated in Scorpio energy, this full moon carries the potential for achieving an emotional renewal in one or more areas of your life.

If you don't know which house holds 20°24' Scorpio in your horoscope, you can refer to the list below to find out where the full moon falls in your solar (sun-sign based) chart).

Traits or tendencies to be obsessive, cruel, controlling, vindictive, jealous, secretive, compulsive, vicious or paranoid.

TRANSITING MERCURY IN TAURUS
(May 16 - April 20)

Beginning at 12:07 AM EDT on May 16, Mercury an uninterrupted journey through the sign of the Bull. As it moves forward through the sign of money, possessions and values, some of you will feel motivated to find a way to increase your earnings, improve your productivity or enhance your self-esteem. This transit is excellent for establishing financial priorities, as well as for implementing budgets and/or finding creative ways to save money.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, GEMINI!

In the coming years, you're likely to look back at the 2017/2018 solar year as a year of transition that involved more than a few adjustments.

Since December 24, 2014, Saturn has been testing your closest unions. The good news is that it's challenging energy will fade as its bids farewell to Sagittarius and exits your solar 7th house of committed partnerships. The not so good news:  It doesn't leave until December 19th, which means that some of you will continue to experience ups and downs in your closest relationships. However, this testing serves an important purpose, because when relationships crack and break under Saturn's pressure, it means they've served their purpose and are no longer relevant in your life. On the other hand, those that withstand Saturn's pressure are here to stay will be part of your future for years to come.

If you've been involved in a legal matter, Saturn's exit out of your solar 7th house could improve your chances of a settlement. However, the odds are high that, depending on which side you're on, you'll either feel you're receiving too little or giving too much. This is especially true if the payout is scheduled to come after December 19, because by then Saturn will be in Capricorn and visiting your solar 8th house of lawsuit settlements.

Once Saturn enters Capricorn, it will spend the next 2 1/2 years in your solar 8th house, where it will force you to define the state of your intimate relationships and the support you receive from partners, as well as retirement funds, money you share with a partner and debts you owe to creditors. Once this reality check has taken place, Saturn will insist you commit to any changes that need to be made, such as creating a retirement fund or contributing more of your income to an existing one. In extreme cases, this cycle could coincide with the ending of an intimate or professional relationship.

Financially, if you've mismanaged your money or have neglected your taxes, you may be called on to pay the piper. In extreme cases, Saturn in the solar 8th house can coincide with a purging of financial resources such as bankruptcy. However, it can just as easily coincide with a long-term financial commitment, such as a mortgage. How you experience this transit will be directly related to how you've been handling these areas of your life during the past several years. If you've been doing well, you can expect this energy to inspire further commitment in your partnerships and/or finances.

As it happens, Capricorn and Gemini make a rather awkward pair because the they form an uncomfortable aspect known as a quincunx that demands each sign make some type of adjustment in order to get along. Capricorn isn't the only sign that's uncomfortable with the Twins; so is Scorpio. On October 10, Jupiter enters Scorpio; on December 19th, Saturn enters Capricorn. This means that during the second half of the coming solar year, many of you will find that you need to make adjustments in your life.

I can't give you any more details without seeing your respective charts, but I will add that the quincunx is known to coincide with health matters.  If you have any history of cardiovascular issues, it's a good idea to go for a checkup, and should you experience any potential heart-related symptoms during this time, I strongly encourage you to get them checked out so you can nip any potential issue in the bud.

On the brighter side, the summer's Leo/Aquarius eclipses are in harmony with your Sun. For those of you born with your Sun at or near 15° Aquarius, the energy of the 8/7 lunar eclipse may bring something to fruition or to a conclusion. Since this eclipse occurs in your solar 9th house, it could coincide with a matter connected to long-distance travel, higher learning or a legal situation.

Clearly, the coming solar year isn't one that promises an abundance cycle of sunshine, lollipops and rainbows. What it does promise is to be a bridge that will help you make needed adjustments in your life. At times, the bridge may feel a bit wobbly but that's just part of the journey that every sign undertakes at one time or another.

During the coming solar year, it's your turn to reflect, adjust and fine tune your life in a way that will bring you closer to making your dreams come true.
And last, but not least, to all who celebrate:
Until next time,

May Jupiter's blessings be your constant companion,

Debra Anne Clement
