Subject: Full Moon 🌕 Mercury Goes Direct, Neptune Goes Rx & Venus Roars in Leo ♌!

Dear Stargazers,

At 6 PM EDT on June 22, Mercury stations direct at 16°08' Gemini. While it's officially in direct motion at that point, the reality is that it will take until June 27 for Mercury to advance a single degree. From that point, Mercury will advance 1° every 2 days until July 4, at which time it will be back to speed, and on July 7 it will be officially out of the post-retrograde shadow.

Bottom line: Progress connected to Mercury-ruled areas (e.g., communications, travel) may be as sluggish as the planet itself especially through June 27. If that's the case, know that things will resolve as Mercury picks up speed.

NOTABLE ASPECTS

June 21: Venus trine Neptune

Although the trine is considered fortunate, whenever Neptune is involved there's always a possibility of not seeing clearly, especially where love is concerned. This is a starry eyed influence that promotes idealism, and while it's likely to manifest as a very romantic time, the days that follow could show that you and a special someone weren't exactly on the same page as you had thought. For that reason, it's best to hold off on making serious plans or commitments now.

Besides romantic notions, this planetary combination is known for inspiring creativity and beauty, which makes it a great day for artistic pursuits, visiting art galleries or exploring decorating ideas.

Jun. 23: Sun trine Jupiter | Venus opposite Pluto

This Sun-Jupiter energy is one of the most positive influences because it promotes optimism, enthusiasm, creativity and self-expression. It's such a feel good energy that it's easy to just kick back and relax, but if you tap into this positive influence, it can help you succeed.

On another note, Sun-Jupiter combo can be especially helpful if you have to navigate today's tense, and in some cases harsh, energies that are likely to be triggered by the Venus-Pluto opposition.

Whenever Venus and Pluto are at a standoff, confrontations with other people are likely, and although it may be coated in sugar, it's hard for resentments and jealousies to remain hidden now. No matter the type of relationship, you can count on this influence to expose any underlying issues that are detrimental to it. While it may not be pleasant, the air will be cleared, and everyone will know exactly where they stand.

If you do find yourself embroiled in a confrontation with someone, consciously tune into positive influence of the expressive, confident and benevolent Sun-Jupiter trine to raise your vibration and shield you from the negative energy.

FULL MOON IN CAPRICORN at 3°28'

June 24, 2021 | 2:40 PM

Washington, DC

This month's full moon is in the practical, ambitious and achievement-oriented sign of Capricorn, and the good news is that it makes a sextile to Jupiter, which means it's in harmony with the planetary ruler of expansion, success and prosperity.

This sextile to Jupiter is also helpful because it adds a note of cheerfulness and enthusiasm to what would otherwise be a rather dour moon.

Since a sextile represents a possibility that can be developed, this full moon is likely to bring an opportunity that can help you achieve a significant accomplishment. For those of you who have been working towards a goal for some time, this full moon might be the influence that brings it to fruition.

TRANSITING NEPTUNE RETROGRADE

June 25 - December 1

While Neptune is retrograde, it signals a time when we are being guided to distinguish between genuine vision and self-deception. Of course, once we do, we will find ourselves faced with a critical choice. We can either acknowledge and accept responsibility for our mistakes, character flaws, and misguided beliefs, or we can continue to deny their existence.

If we choose clarity, we must embrace our bad judgment, self-delusions and misplaced faith and own them so that we can release them along with any associated feelings of regret, shame and inadequacy that have been inhabiting, inhibiting and diminishing our psyche.

On the other hand, if we choose to continue drawing our strength from the murky depths of Neptune’s intoxicating waters, we will continue to be shielded by its haze. However, even Neptunian illusions can’t last forever, and sooner or later Saturn, Uranus or Pluto will come along and destroy the fantasy.

And that's when we realize that we aren't just wandering; we're actually lost.

Fortunately, despite its nebulous energy this period offers a clear path, but it takes courage to find it. As the natural ruler of the 12th house, Neptune doesn’t give up its secrets easily. It shrouds them in its mysterious, misleading fog and insists that we look beyond our ego and into our soul before it will allow us even a glimpse of its coveted, and highly classified, illumination.

The choices we make while Neptune is retrograde will determine whether we’ll experience it as a visionary or as a fraud when it goes direct.

As always, the decision is ours to make.

TRANSITING VENUS IN LEO

June 26 - July 21

While in the sign of the Lion, Venus is confident and if there’s a spotlight, odds are high that it’s shining brightly on her.

If not, you can bet she’s standing in the wings waiting for her big break, because deep down in her soul, Venus in Leo knows that it’s simply a question of when, not if, the limelight will find her.

Although she can be quite flirtatious in the sign of romance, Venus is the planetary ruler of committed unions and has little interest in playing the field. That’s why >>Read More

Whether they're on earth or in heaven, here in the USA it's time to wish a Happy Father's Day to the good dads, the great dads and the dads who did their best.

It's been 29 years since I last purchased a Father's Day card for my dad. One night we were laughing; the next morning he was gone. I never thought we were alike in any way, but as the years went by I came to see that I was wrong. For better and for worse, I'm actually a lot like him, and it suits me just fine.

Until next week,

May Jupiter's blessings be your constant companion,
