Thursday, July 01: Mars opposite Saturn
If you're a sensitive person, you may begin to feel this influence on Wednesday. This is a tense energy that promotes frustration, which means some of you may uncharacteristically sweat the small stuff and experience a sense of exasperation if you can't resolve it immediately. If so, take a step back and consider it from a different perspective, because in reality the matter is likely to be far less important and/or urgent than you initially thought.
Another possibility is that someone will challenge your authority in some way. If so, it's important that you stand up for yourself or else you risk feeling inadequate and resentful .Should you find yourself in this situation, the key to working with this energy is to state your case but avoid forcing the issue because it will only escalate matters. The nature of this aspect demands some type of compromise, and given that egos are likely to be involved, one that allows everyone to save face will yield the most successful outcome.
Friday, July 02: Lingering Effects and Building Energies
It's possible that some of you may be feeling the lingering effects of Thursday's energy, and at the same time, many of you may start to feel Saturday's agitating influence.
Saturday, July 03: Mars square Uranus
When Mars (temper, action, impulsiveness) gets into a heated confrontation with Uranus (instability, defiance, extremism) confrontations can escalate quickly. On a different note, the impetuous nature of this influence can promote accidents because people are more likely to be in a mad rush or simply act without thinking.
Being conscious of the energies at play and not allowing yourself to be baited by others is one way to emerge unscathed by this influence. However, if you're the one who's feeling edgy or combative, the best way to work with this energy is to acknowledge its influence and then diffuse it through a physical activity or a meditative practice.
Taking a brisk walk, dancing to upbeat music or exercising can help release tension from the body, and practices such as guided meditations, yoga, Qi gong or breathing exercises can soothe the body as well as the mind.
