The energies on these days aren't favorable for new ventures or any activity where you want or need a definite result. If you must schedule something, you may have to think on your feet, or there may be a need for patience or flexibility.

Jan. 20: Mars conjunct Uranus

When the planet of action teams up with the planet of independence, their combined energy encourages us to break free of any perceived restraints and that includes standing up to authority. While this can be a positive thing, it's important to remember that Mars and Uranus both have a well-deserved reputations for being impatient, impulsive and inflammatory, which means not only can disagreements escalate quickly, but they can get quite ugly. So, whatever comes your way avoid taking the bait. This is a day to be grounded, calm and level-headed.

Although this aspect is exact on the 20th, many of you will be feeling its influence on the 19th.

Physical activities such as running, dancing or exercise will go a long way in helping to burn off tension and nervous energy, as well as release any frustration you may be feeling.

Jan. 23: Mars square Jupiter

When the planet of anger is at odds with the planet of expansion, it's much easier to fly off the handle. However, when restraint is applied and Mars's initiative, leadership ability and passion is used productively, new and successful endeavors can be launched.

Jan. 23: Sun conjunct Saturn

The energy of this planetary combination has a serious tone, and one of the best ways to use it is to focus on tasks and chores that require diligence and strong organizational skills. This is a good day to take care of professional and personal obligations.
