Dear ACMS Board of Directors,
We will be holding our annual ACMS Board business meeting on Friday
March 28nd at 10am EDT, (7am Pacific, 8am Mountain, 9am
Central, and 10pm Mongolian).
The meeting will be held at Cherpack Lounge (Room 543 Williams Hall,
corner of 36th and Spruce), at the University of Pennsylvania. If
you are planning to be in Philadelphia for the meeting and you
haven't yet told me, please do let me know.
For those of you who will not be in Philadelphia for the meeting, we
will be using a new online platform (Blue Jeans) that will enable
people to dial in via telephone or via computer connections to take
part virtually. Information about how to dial in or connect via
internet will circulated the week before the meeting.
As a reminder, board members of the ACMS include a representative
from all ACMS member institutions, the At-large elected board
members, and officers appointed by the Board.
Do you have items you want on the agenda? Please let me know
if you do.
If you cannot be present virtually or in person, please take a
moment to nominate a proxy to take your place. We can forward that
proxy to our chair, and will allow us to come to quorum.
Another reminder, the ACMS Annual Membership Meeting and
Reception (i.e. the party) will be held that same Friday
evening (March 28nd), from 7:30-9:30pm, in the Grand Salon L of the
Philadelphia Downtown Marriott (where the AAS annual conference is
happening). The "Annual Meeting" part of the event will be from
8:00-8:30pm, and the reception and poster session will run from
7:30-9:30pm.
