Subject: Can you sell stuff on your blog? (+how?)

Sure you can.

That’s the end game isn’t it?

Don’t be spammy when you are trying to sell a product or service on your blog.

You can write about a subject and have a product that will be helpful to others.

You can embed that link right into the content of the blog post

You can also do reviews on that product.

But I suggest that if you are going this route, make sure that...

you buy or at least do in-depth review the product you want to sell,

and also give them comparisons so they feel you are not pushing the product down their throats.

Always do a pros and cons feature.

So, yes, this is a great product for these reasons...

but, here are some drawbacks

People know nothing is perfect, so what is a reason NOT to buy it

Maybe it costs too much, or doesn't include certain features you wish it did, etc.

You will be much more credible if you let people know both sides of the story, not just your sales pitch.

Meanwhile, most important thing to do with your "sales" article, is to build your email list at the same time.

I'll give you some ideas about that next.
