Subject: Nuts & Proteins - a 2 - 4 - 1 :-)

With the weekends celebrations rapidly approaching and folk are going to be consuming just that little bit more than normal and spending a little less time in the gym. :-)

With that in mind, what better way to combine the naughty but nice, than to have some recipes and guides to what you might want to eat, in the full knowledge that it's also going to help you with your workouts and general healthiness.

The first of these is about "superfoods" and the second a good selection of anabolic recipes (foods that will help your training and not taste bland!).  

 - Superfoods -- this contains a range of food types that you can happily nibble on whilst relaxing and ingredients to include when cooking.

- Anabolic recipes -- this has a range of recipes from breakfast, through to snacks, main meals and desserts.  The chicken nuggets look particularly tantalising. :-)
