It is good to know there are places and spaces we can go to feel peaceful, at home, and safe. I hope you have a haven to lean into. I have faith that there is always one in the firelight of your Soul, which shines on what is good and healthy.
In the sanctuary of home, in a local studio, by a tree, scaling a mountain, with group of kindreds, or snuggled with a beloved pet, there is a space to reconnect, realign, and receive renewal. The elements dance with us - a breath of fresh air, a cleansing sweat, water over the shoulders, fire burning in the hearth, and the gravity of the rock beneath our feet.
Rising up to truly meet ourselves, there is both strength and vulnerability, power and softness, masculine and feminine. We are each a dichotomy of boths, not neithers. Embracing the ultimate contradiction of aliveness and humanity gives way to a freedom from the illusive distraction of black and white.
Life continues to cycle on the turn of a wheel, outside the circus of politics that play out like a game. The force of Life is stronger than any leader or country. It can hand us all one dollop of a wake-up call at any moment. Life destroys and then it builds... over and over - without taking into account how much money or status one has. Just watch the seasons revolve and this truth is apparent. Our Earth is spinning within an infinite universe, in unfathomable patterns we cannot change or fix.
All we can do is adjust - with humility - by honoring the energy of pauses, movements, and mysteries. Regardless of where we are, or our age, the number in our bank account, we must swivel with the tides, the light reflected on the moon, and do the work that gets us back to the present, over and over again.
We are forever victims of impermanance. So we must care, love, and relate to what is here. This month there are many opportunities to share and be uplifted in community, to gather in circles of higher consciousness. As usual, I am promoting what is honorable and kind, to help us all become wise to the ripples we create, the quiet voice of intuition, and feel in tune with nature, and Life.
