| We invite you to join us this May 2-11, 2025 -or- October 3-12, 2025 - two wonderful times to exploreof this favorite European country. It's easy to reach with direct flights from a number of major U.S. cities and only 6 1/2 hours from the East Coast.
It has diverse natural scenic beauty with a gorgeous coastline and delightful climate. It is clean, safe, and relaxed, retains it authenticity, still unspoiled.
It is the oldest country in Europe with deep history. We’ll see some incredible castles, palaces, fortresses and a medieval castle in a walled city. The cathedrals are extraordinary and ornate, some drenched in gold. The museums have classic ships, carriages used by royalty, and much more.
We'll also enjoy modern day Portugal...and there is a lot to enjoy. We take you to the best places to enjoy the delicious food and wine. We begin in Lisbon, the capital, visit Sintra, and continue to Porto, stopping along special places on the Portuguese Riviera and Silver Coast, staying in excellent quality hotels with charm and elegance cared for by warm Portuguese people.
The friendly and hospitable Portuguese people welcome foreigners with open arms.
