Our focus was on the transitions from Advent to Winter Solstice to Christmas to Holy Nights through group meditation, sharing revelations that arose for us during the meditation, and discussion regarding Rudolf Steiner's indications about the importance of aligning ourselves with the inhalations and exhalations of Nature.

UPDATE FROM LELAN: The delay in making available the "missing" GET sessions of the past several months is no longer a consequence of my sense of guidance from the spiritual world, but resides solely with me. It is a manifestation of transitions I am going through coupled with other urgencies requiring my attention. As we enter into the Holy Nights, it is my desire to add the production of these missing sessions as part of my spiritual routine, and that you will see them appearing soon in your email inbox.

| | Accessing the GET Video Recordings and Handouts
1. Go to WiseCosmos.org.
2. Click on DASHBOARD in the upper-left corner. If on mobile, open the menu by clicking on the three-line icon in the upper-right corner, then click on DASHBOARD.
3. If necessary, login using the same email and password you used when you
registered.
4. You will be taken to your account DASHBOARD, which shows every course for which you are registered.
5. Clicking on the course image will take you to the watch page.
6. When the video recording is available for viewing, click on the "Watch Now" button to view. |

Wise Cosmos Volunteers Needed Wise Cosmos is looking for volunteers of many kinds. At this time we are
particularly seeking people to contribute their creativity, energy, and time to
the following projects:
∼ Transcribers for Brian Gray videos for use in creating video captions for those people who are hearing impaired and for whom English is not their primary language.
∼ Translators of ANY language (other than English) to translate video transcripts.
∼ People who can help us create a unique anthroposophy lexicon/wiki.
