(1) This week's topical focus:
Rudolf Steiner’s Main Exercise is actually a series of exercises, different variations of which he tailored to different groups and individuals. Examples of how spiritual- scientific theory only becomes understanding and fact for us when we test it in the context of real life experience in order to develop the capacity to apply it transformatively in practical life. Introduction to a threefold body-soul-spirit model of discernment. Why it is crucial that we engage questions and epiphanies with each other. Nature of healing crises. Invitation and illustration of a way to begin doing spiritual-scientific research with the Foundation Stone Meditation.

2. If you have not registered for this course, please do so. This adds you to the mailing list, and provides you with lifetime access to the course video recordings and associated handouts.
3. Click on DASHBOARD in the upper-left hand corner. If on mobile, open the menu by clicking on the three-line icon in the upper-right corner. Click on DASHBOARD.
4. If necessary, login using the same email and password you used when you registered.
5. You will be taken to your account DASHBOARD, which shows every course for which you are registered.
6. Clicking on the course image will take you to the watch page.
7. When the video recording is available for viewing, click on the "Watch Now" button to view. |

∼ Transcribers for Brian Gray videos for use in creating video captions for those people who are hearing impaired and for whom English is not their primary language.
∼ Translators of ANY language (other than English) to translate video transcripts.
∼ People who can help us create a unique anthroposophy lexicon/wiki.
