| Welcome to this advanced course.
We will focus primarily on the soul and spirit aspects
of various exercises and disciplines associated with fasting.
We are glad you are joining us for this experience!

PARTICIPATING IN THE WEEKLY GROUP SESSIONS
Registration includes the opportunity to participate in six live online Zoom group sessions, plus permanent access to the video recordings of all sessions.
The live sessions will be offered on each of the six Sundays and/or Mondays of Lent depending upon your time zone.
Each session will be 2 hours in length.
On Sunday, March 6, the live Zoom sessions will be offered from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Pacific STANDARD Time (UTC -8).
On the Sundays of March 13, 20, 27 and April 3, 10 the live Zoom sessions will be offered from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Pacific DAYLIGHT Time (UTC -7).
On the day of each live session, just prior to the start time, a "Watch Now" button with the Zoom link will appear at the top of the Lenten Fasting watch page of your WiseCosmos.org DASHBOARD.
- Go to WiseCosmos.org
- In the top left corner of the page, click on DASHBOARD. If on mobile, open the menu by clicking on the three-line icon in the upper-right corner, then click on DASHBOARD.
- If not already logged in, you will need to do so.
- Go to the Lenten Fasting watch page.
- Click the "Watch Now" button at the top of the page.
You may participate through any combination of live Zoom sessions and/or by watching the video replays. Each of the video replays will be made available on WiseCosmos.org within 24 hours, barring unforeseen hindrances.

WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN OUR PRIVATE "WISE COSMOS FASTING GROUP" ON FACEBOOK
Those who register for the Lenten Fasting course can join our private Wise Cosmos Fasting Group on Facebook for broader dialogue and deeper discovery. The group is open only to those who have registered for one or more of the Wise Cosmos fasting courses.
You are encouraged to post your questions, epiphanies, and experiences to this group. The online group context provides an opportunity for broader discussions on topics of particular interest.
For those who are unable to participate in all the live Zoom sessions, this will be the best alternative place to contribute your thoughts, queries, struggles, and triumphs.
You may also contribute feedback to what others share, offering the best of yourself in the forms of compassion, understanding, affirmation, and recommendations.
Rudolf Steiner and other spiritual masters have repeatedly affirmed the soul-development power of putting our spiritual discoveries and questions into written form. This practice becomes even more beneficial and transformative when we enter into interesting, meaningful, and beautiful written dialogue with each other.

> Click on the Join Group button.
> Read the information, follow the instructions, and submit your request to join the group.
> The group moderator will verify that you are registered for at least one of the Wise Cosmos fasting courses, and approve your membership in the group.
NOTE: Although anyone who discovers the group on Facebook could click the "Join Group" button, only those who have registered for any Wise Cosmos fasting courses will be permitted access by the group moderator.
> Check back on the next business day to see if your application has been processed. If yes, the "Join Group" button will have changed to say "Joined".
> As soon as your application has been approved, you may begin contributing to the group conversations!

OPTIONAL PERSONALIZED MENTORING AND HEALING SESSIONS
FOR INDIVIDUALS AND SMALL GROUPS
Outside the course itself, Lelan offers personalized one-on-one and/or tailored small group sessions to help you perceive and follow through on the guidance and gifts offered to you by the spiritual world.
You may schedule either phone or Zoom meetings to work on specific questions or needs that will help you achieve increased understanding, healing, development, and metamorphosis.
The private session rate is $120 per hour, but is on a sliding scale. Those who can afford it are invited to generously pay more in order to provide for and serve the needs of others who are not able to pay the full requested amount.
Note that the private session rate stays the same even if more than one person participates. In other words, if two or three people sign up together to meet with Lelan, the rate remains $120 per hour, but now divided among all the session participants.

| Accessing the Video Recordings
2. Click on DASHBOARD in the upper left corner. If on mobile, open the menu by clicking on the three-line icon in the upper-right corner. Click on DASHBOARD.
3. If necessary, login using the same email and password you created when you registered.
4. You will be taken to your account DASHBOARD which shows every course for which you are registered.
5. Clicking on the course image will take you to the watch page.
6. Choose the session video by clicking on the "Watch Now" button to the right in that session section.
