| | Exploring Anthroposophy
Awakening to Our Spiritual Mission
Presented by Brian Gray |
| The Age of Michael has dawned. Hearts are beginning to have thoughts. ~ Rudolf Steiner |
| This course is comprised of eight video recordings that explore a variety of themes and perspectives arising out of Anthroposophy, Rudolf Steiner’s remarkable gift to all human beings. Brian Gray shares leading thoughts that pertain to issues of our time. Alice Stamm enlivens our understanding through the meaningful movements and art of eurythmy.
Together they kindle new insights within us that are potent during Lent and Easter in light of their foundations in Michaelmas and Advent. The focus is upon our spiritual mission to awaken to the inner birth awaiting each human being as we strive to become Beings of Freedom and Love.

| | | Participant quote:
My heart hurts for all the suffering, pain, and uncertainty in the world today in places like Ukraine, Taiwan, Afghanistan, Yemen, and so many other places. Elsewhere there are dangers and threats of starvation, COVID, mass shootings even in churches, civil rights violations, personal identity attacks, and so much more.
In the midst of all this comes Exploring Anthroposophy to shine a light and point a way toward discovering who we truly are -- or at least who humanity has the potential to become. The pictures and movements that Brian and Alice share, the hope they kindle, all feels realistic and possible.
Looking at them and listening to them helps me feel that Love and Freedom are what is truly REAL. Permanent and eternal. That all the pain, despair, devastation, and death in the world news is only temporary aberration and soul sickness.
I haven't watched all the videos you offer, but every one that I have watched inspires me and gives me ideas on how I can make a difference "out there" by working on my own soul stuff "in here" and my own relationships "right here".
Thank you, Wise Cosmos, for all the videos and varieties of teachings you share. It is so great the impact your work is having around the world!

| | Alice Stamm has been teaching eurythmy since 1975. She began her eurythmy training in Eckwalden, Germany and completed it with Else Klink in Stuttgart. She also trained in therapeutic eurythmy, receiving a diploma from the Goetheanum in Dornach, Switzerland. Moving back to the States in 1978, she has taught in eurythmy training programs and Waldorf schools, plus has been a performer in Spring Valley, Kimberton, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Fair Oaks. During the 12 years prior to retirement, Alice built up both pedagogical eurythmy and remedial work at a Waldorf school in Los Angeles. Alice and six colleagues were the founders of the Eurythmy Association of North America and was president for a number of years. Alice helped to form the Section Collegium for the Performing Arts in North America in 1988. Her quiet passion is to help continue and strengthen eurythmy work everywhere she has the chance. |
