Marche Bianco Il Pestifero 2015
Tavignano, Italy

Don’t let the bottle design spook you away from trying this delicious blend! This wine is 70% Verdicchio, 15% Malvasia and 15% Sangiovese which gives this beauty its delightful herbaceous nose and dry & elegant finish. This spooky sparkling wine is perfect as an autumnal aperitif or even just by itself to cool you down from the Southern California fall!

Bodegas Barca de Piedra Tempranillo 2015
Ribera Del Duero, Spain

This 100% tempranillo, with origins in the great Ribera Del Duero region of Spain, has become a prime example of what a top quality tempranillo should be. The Quinon Estate has mastered the craft of creating top spectacular tempranillos and this is no exception-raspberry and violet aromas with rose petal, blueberry and mineral notes work together to give this wine its robust and powerful palate. Pairs perfectly with veal or pork as well as some manchego, jamon iberico or Sevilla olives.

Riserva Club

   Gilbert Picq Chablis 2015 Chardonnay
Burgundy, France

Tart apple, lime, flint and great tension are the defining factors of this French Chardonnay. Entirely aged in stainless steel, this wine exudes mouthwatering acidity as opposed to weight and texture. The Picq family have perfected their craft of creating beautiful chardonnays and stay true what Burgundy is known for.
The bright yellow color along with the exotic and clean mouth feel make this the perfect chardonnay for a variety of different dishes!

Respide-Medeville Graves Rouge 2015
Bordeaux, France

A sustainable blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot, the winemakers aim to make this a standout wine in the region. The owners, a couple who both hail from storied wine-making families, use mother earth’s gravelly clay soil to allow the purity of the fruit to shine through. Full bodied and dense. Ripe black cherry, currant and a hint of tobacco are all defining factors of this wine along with big tannins.

October Cheese & Charcuterie Club!

Welcome to our spookiest cheese club yet! This month features a fiendishly good swiss style cow’s cheese paired with a mild salami that has just a hint of garlic-enough to dispel those pesky vampires, especially of the Twilight sort!
Holey Cow by Central Coast Creamery
Paso Robles, CA

Modeled after Emmenthaler, Holey Cow is a smooth, firm cheese with small eyes in its paste. It has flavors of salted butter and sour cream, with just a hint of characteristic Swiss “bite” on the finish. It is a perfect cheese for snacking or melting on a sandwich, and pairs well with a brown ale.
Holey Cow is made from whole cow milk. This semi-soft cheese is filled with small round openings characteristic of a Swiss cheese but with a smooth, creamy texture and a crisp, buttery finish.  It's ridiculously cheesy!

Casalingo Salami by Creminelli
Salt Lake City, Utah

Casalingo Salami is the most delicately flavored of the salami family. Also known as, sale e pepe, or salt and pepper, Casalingo salami has no heavy spices. The Creminelli family Casalingo recipe is one of the most admired in their region of Piedmont. Casalingo is stuffed into a curved natural casing, hand-tied and then slowly cured. The folks at Creminelli Fine Meats are dedicated to providing Americans with traditional Italian meat specialties, as delicious and unique as you can get them in Italy. They only use all-natural, organic ingredients and heritage meats that are humanely raised and antibiotic free.

Be sure to enjoy with your warm, crisp Barsha Baguette!
