Dry Sparkling Wine
Blanquette de Limoux 2020. Saint-Hilaire - Blanquette, France

Created by the Benedictine Monks of the Abbey of Saint-Hilaire more than 450 years ago - more than 100 years before Champagne - this is France’s oldest sparkling wine. Pear, green apple, citrus, lemon, and grapefruit combine with amazing yeast and cheese notes.

Dry White Wine
Pinot Grigio e2021. Bottega Vinaia - Trentino, Italy

This estate bottled Pinot Grigio is choked-full of beautiful notes of lemon, lime, apple, peach, and other great tropical notes. Earthy tones of stone, honey, mushroom, and a hint of saltiness finishes out the tasting. Well-balanced acidity and a medium-bodied mouthfeel create a nice wine that would pair well with pasta.

Dry Red Wine
Chianti Rufina Riserva 2018. Castello Nipozzano - Tuscany, Italy

This gorgeous Chianti opens with a nose of blackberry, blueberry, and cherry. Sweet notes of cotton candy and spicy tones of cloves and nutmeg follow. The tannins are dense but not harsh while the palate is warm and smooth. Plum, raspberry, and black currant mingle with the oak, vanilla, and tobacco as the finish begs for more.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2018. Yalumba - South Australia, Australia

Who says that a Cabernet Sauvignon has to cost an arm and a leg? This affordable bottle holds its own with the monster wines of Napa and France. Blackberry, cherry, plum, raspberry, and strawberry are just some of the wonderful notes presented here. Oak, chocolate, tobacco, and mocha finishes out the glass,

Spiced Fruit Wine
Spiced Cranberry Apple. Brown County Winery - Nashville, Indiana

Tart cranberries, sweet apples, and winter-spices are blended with
perfection to make this wine a perfect addition to your Halloween
soiree. Made by  Brown County Winery, this wine can be served chilled or heated up for a nice toasty libation. Add your favorite Cognac or Rum to spirit it up.

Semi-Sweet White White

The cat bottles are back! This delightful wine is steeped in lore and tradition going back centuries. The wine is beautiful with notes of tropical fruit and lemon with a nice touch of sweetness but it is the bottle everyone knows. Available in orange and black while supplies last.
