A Quiet Week
This might have been the quietest week of news since the pandemic started. At least when it comes to tenants and rentals. Much news about schools and politics, but we just went to work this week without anything new changing our environment. I think we are all starting to get use to the "new normal."
If you have an eviction case we will keep you informed as soon as we have the court date. While the filings are complete, the only dates we have so far are the cases that were already on the books before the pandemic. Those are going to be the first problems addressed.
