Eviction Moratorium, Buyer Behaviors, and Indy Rental Assistance
We were taken a little by surprise when we woke up Thursday to learn the Governor has announced he will let the eviction moratorium end on August 14. There is a small caveat which right now nobody knows exactly how it will play out. Buyer behaviors are changing and there is a reason investors should pay attention. Many of the changing concerns of buyers applies to renters also. Finally, you may have read that an additional $10MM was added to the Indiana rental assistance program.
