Time away, to focus on you, finding your center through body, creativity, and voice; using modalities of writing, yoga, and nature. Pick and choose your level of activities. Let the ocean refresh you, find that sweet, perfect writing spot, relish a yoga pose, walk on the beach, craft a story or reflection or poem.
