THIS WEEK'S ACTIVITIES

WRITER'S GROUP (Tuesday 5-6:30 PM - September 22nd)

Do you have a story to tell; real or imagined? Is there a poet inside you that would love to put pen to paper? The writers group is where you belong. Join this group of talented and supportive writers Tuesday evening in the chapel. No experience necessary.

OPELSKE (Saturday 9 AM - September 26th)

Leaf season is upon us and there will be extra work required to keep our sidewalks and parking areas free of leaves and other debris. Join the Opelske team this Saturday to keep our chapel grounds beautiful. Contact Joyce Oliver at (828) 200-9160 for more information.

SUNDAY SERVICE (10 AM - September 27th)

Our host will be Barbara Beckham, music will be provided by Bill Peterson and Kim May will give the Sunday Talk "How do we restore or deepen our faith?".

FULL MOON DRUM CIRCLE (Sunday 6-8 PM - September 27th)

Our next drum circle is July 27th, a day after the full moon. If the weather permits we will be out on the porch. Otherwise, we'll be in the chapel. If you have a drum, percussion, or other instrument, bring it. If not, we have plenty of instruments for you to experiment with. Come join in the fun.

Joyce Oliver is looking for teams of 3 people to clean the walkways, parking areas and gutters once a week during leaf season. She will have a sign up sheet available or you can contact her at (828) 200-9160 for more information.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

Marie Dunkle was the host and Ruth Henry treated us to her wind drum, played guitar, sang and whistled like no one else can. Our message was from Charlotte Starfire titled 2% Matters and included a chakra meditation. Past Sunday Talks can be found here.
