Partner with VPOST to Strengthen

Youth and Communities Across Virginia

We're looking for Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Workshop Presenters for our annual conference!

Join Virginia's leading out-of-school time professionals at the Virginia Partnership for Out-of-School Time's 17th Annual Conference, The Village We Build: Strengthening Youth & Communities, on November 2nd, 2026, in Williamsburg, Virginia. Our annual conference is the only statewide event specifically for the out-of-school time community in Virginia.

The conference brings together hundreds of out-of-school time professionals, educators, youth-serving organizations, community leaders, advocates, and partners from across Virginia who are committed to creating meaningful opportunities for young people and strengthening the communities in which they live.

As a sponsor or exhibitor, your organization will have the opportunity to:

  • Connect directly with leaders and decision-makers in the out-of-school time field.

  • Showcase your services, programs, and resources to a statewide audience.

  • Build meaningful relationships with educators and youth development professionals.

  • Demonstrate your commitment to supporting youth, families, and communities across Virginia.

  • Increase brand visibility before, during, and after the conference through digital promotion, on-site recognition, and direct engagement opportunities.

We would love to partner with organizations committed to advancing opportunities for youth across Virginia. Please review our Sponsor/Exhibitor packet linked below or contact christine@v-post.org.

As a presenter, you will have direct access to approximately 225 active leaders in education and out-of-school time, representing thousands of youth from across the Commonwealth.

  • All workshops should be 55 minutes long and include an effective mix of information and interactivity.

  • All workshops should align with the VPOST Quality Standards and the conference theme.

This year's theme reflects the collective impact we can make when organizations, communities, and partners come together to invest in young people. Your collaboration helps make this conference possible while advancing opportunities throughout the OST field.
