State agencies were supposed to have access to the funds on July 1, 2025 to support summer and afterschool programs happening now, and afterschool programs set to open this upcoming 25/26 school year.

Demand 21st CCLC Funds be Released!

These funds were appropriated by Congress in the FY25 funding bill signed into law by the President on March 15, 2025.
