1️⃣ Breathe & pick one focus (intonation, bowing, or rhythm). 2️⃣ Play the passage in 3 different rhythms or dynamics. 3️⃣ Record yourself and listen back — but only for ONE thing you want to improve.
Even if you do this once this week, you’ve already made progress. 🎻
