Healing Your Animal Connection
Hi Friend,

Healing Vibrations to You and Your Animals!

Fall is officially here.  It's cool and foggy in the morning and then the sun is coming out in the afternoon.  Being in Seattle area, some days are being rainy now too.

With fall comes cooler weather that creates more aches and pains in your and your animals' bodies.  Be mindful that your animals may be a little more sluggish and have more trouble getting up and down if they have arthritis.

This week, I had a nice walk in the fog by Lake Washington enjoying the serenity of the morning waking up my body before the hustle and bustle started around me.  It fed my soul.

I played miniature golf over the weekend and had a lot of fun.  I decided to change it up (for fun) and played the last 9 holes with my non-dominant swing.  It was different and fun. And I did surprisingly well even though that wasn't the point.  It was freeing letting go of an expectation of having a low score and being in the moment with carefree fun.

I tried showing a picture, yet my newsletter software kept turning the photo upside down in the email, so you get a Lake Washington photo :-)
