We are still in February and love is still in the air.

This month, I have been very intentional interacting using love and connection with Spirit and Sapphire, my 2 cats. What I discovered is my love continues to grow with them even when I didn't think that was possible. They are precious and bring such delight in the household. My wish is you experience this with your pet(s) too.

The word Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) comes from the Japanese words meaning Spiritual Energy
Reiki is a spiritual system cultivating compassionate intention, which in turn may bring about healing transformation.
The practice of Reiki helps you navigate life’s challenges with grace and surrender while you learn to listen to and be present for others in a compassionate space. Offering yourself as a conduit through which energy can flow for the good of another (person, animal, plant) is the single most powerful gift that you can give and receive.
What is animal Reiki?
Animals naturally are in tune with their natural rhythms. During a Reiki session, animals often experience a deep state of peace as the Reiki clears imbalances (behavioral and physical), allowing for new and harmonious patterns of health and wellness to emerge. Reiki goes to the core of issues to heal. Animals being very open and receptive to the healing energy respond and greatly benefit.

Intend there is love coming through your hands and into your heart chakra (center of chest).
Keep your hands here until you feel yourself full of love.
Then go about your day with more love flowing through you and emanating out into your environment.
