Are you enjoying Spring?

Here where I live in the Pacific Northwest, Spring is a flirt. It peeks out, then hides, then peeks out and hides again, teasing us for the beautiful weather ahead. The contrast of new warmth with the fleeting cool weather and the surge of new life brings out my gratitude and appreciation for what Spring offers.

The birthing of Spring correlates to Chakra 2: The Sacral/Sexual Chakra. This is the chakra of creation, creativity, birthing offspring and launching new ideas and projects.

When Chakra 2 is blocked or out of balance, it may cause your animals to experience behavior issues such as food obsession, unable to play well with others, digestions issues, bladder/kidney issues, crystals, spay/neuter or breeding and fertility issues.

When your animals are balanced in their 2nd chakra, they feel playful, confident and curious. Their digestion is healthy and normal, without discomfort.

Exercise For The Week:

The color of Chakra 2 is orange. For you and your pet, simply being around things that are orange can provide balancing benefits.

Try this:

Have your pet wear an orange collar, bandanna or shirt
Have your pet lie on an orange towel or blanket
Have your pet play with an orange toy
