| Welcome! Here's the weekly Energetic Forecast. The theme for this week is Get Connected!
I just got back from a short retreat at my favorite retreat spot, Linn Run State Park. Lots of fresh, new energy dawning especially since we have a new moon in Aries this Saturday the 18th. This is a fine way to integrate the changes happening since March 20th, which I know, has been quite a ride for almost all of my clients. Aries is a take action and inspire sort of energy so anything you plant now will reap its harvest later on this year. Set your seeds of intention.
Get Connected. Tonight I am kicking off a 3 or 4 part series of webinars on soul connections, those you are very close to energetically-- in soul--who vibe on a similar resonance. At the heart of truth, we understand that we are all one and so we are all connected. But the fact remains we are more connected to some than to others. This is our soul family. Nurturing these connections will make you feel--well--connected. They are spiritual connections first and foremost so there are metaphysical elements in addition to spiritual lessons. There are many types of soul connections, and I will go over many of them.
But one important point to make here is that they bring out your own connection to your soul, your spirit, your energy body, your emotions, your soul plans, your soul lessons, and your connection to Source. What does it mean to be connected? It is to be aware, awake, plugged in to the chi, ki, prana...it is to intuit, to hold your center, even to respond rather than react. It is easy for many of us to forget the big picture beyond our ego story, that there is more to life than getting the mail, how much is in the bank account, or whether the dishes are done. We are spiritual beings, first and foremost, and so we have our soul connections to thank for shakin and wakin us up, and teachin us how to love.
Client Story: A recent client asked me to touch in with a soul connection, and it was quite a unique situation. This person existed in her life simply to remind her of her own divine nature. Normally when I tune in I sense other lessons or purposes, angst, and different psychological struggles and dynamics, but this one--not even a tad of issues or angst! There was simply no other reason than to awaken her, here and there, as he has shown up off and on for over 30 years. They never had a "relationship." But, it always served as potent reminder that connections live on on the soul level.

Intuition is a huge lesson in soul connections. The soul will just know who and what it is connected to. The problem starts when we have issues trusting that. Check in with your "gut feelings." Also your heart feelings, they don't lie :) |

Soul connections are meant to empower, not dis-empower. Begin by thinking of a soul connection as a way to empower yourself and better YOU. Keeping the focus on what you can work with--yourself--ensures that you are tuned in to what you are needing to learn from them. |

| Awaken.
To be truly connected to another, you have to be connected to yourself. Doing this will send you on a path of true spiritual awakening if you can open your heart and mind to that. You will begin to know yourself as a soul, beyond the body, ego, and mind. Because that is who you truly are ;)

Soul Connections: Connected or What? |

Seems like a strange thought, well if we are soul connections, then we are connected? LOL. Or what?
On a soul level, yes, in the realm of other dimensions, that also. But--plenty of people in this situation spend a great deal of time trying to disconnect--and they end up disconnecting from themselves.
If you are connected to someone, there is a reason, perhaps many reasons. First, I always recommend that my clients figure out the whys of the connection, which I also help them discover. Connections can and do dissolve of their own accord in terms of their strength in this particular realm (3D.) If there is nothing left to learn, they can dissolve. Others are much stronger and deeper and do not dissolve once established in 3D (twin flame.) The first thing to do is to see the reason(s,) accept the connection, and work with what it is teaching you as a spiritual growth process for YOURSELF.
However, energetic cord cutting is also something that I recommend in some cases as a last resort when it has gone a lil too into the unhealthy category. This is a type of energy work/meditation that can help you work through any negative emotions attached to a connection. It cannot remove what needs to be there for other reasons of lessons and soul growth, but it can help clear away negativity and lessen some of the levels of ties on the mental and emotional level. If a connection is creating obsession, inability to focus on yourself, or too strong of a psychic tie, it is possible to help it along with this exercise. But you have to tread very gently with this one.
In all cases I recommend that my clients allow the soul connection to teach them. The lessons are often hard, but also great. Always stay connected to yourself, honor that first and foremost, and that will help you to know who and what you are connected to :) |
