[Dr Andrew] Vet gets Licence Back

December 30th, 2011 at 4:19 am EDT

Hey and a cheery Friday to you,  Friend

Now is the time for 'Top 10' lists, the year in review, goal setting, predictions, weight loss, gym membership, be a nicer person etc...

It is great to spend some time reflecting- and if the New Year is what causes this, then great.

I have found that New Years resolutions aren't especially helpful for me- they tend to get broken, I beat myself up, and then repeat them again..

As I have become older (and hopefully wiser). I do set goals, but this is ongoing throughout the year.

I am grateful to have a wonderful family, some very supportive friends, and so many fabulous subscribers..

A BIG Thank You to YOU,  Friend    :-)

As to my upcoming goals..

Well a BIG one is to finally get my 'real' book published on my College of Veterinarians experiences...it is now awaiting editing.

I do miss much a daily Veterinary practice, and I would prefer to be working part time..

I enjoy not being 'on call', but I do miss dealing with clients and their pets one on one. Surgery was often rewarding, and you don't do much staring at a computer screen.

In this vein, I was reviewing last years blog posts, and this was the most commented on one:

Feel free to add to it!!

Best Wishes and Happy New Year
