Among other topics, explore the principles of ethical behavior and standards of practice through review of the Code of Ethics from the Manitoba Dental Association and Canadian Dental Hygienists Association. Through the use of case studies, expand your communication skill set with your staff and patients.
At the end of the course, participants will be able to understand the principles of ethical behavior and professionalism, and also apply these principles to real-world situations.
