JUNETEENTH and PRIDE
Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865, when enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, learned they had been freed. It is high time,now, that we celebrate the emancipation to which every soul is heir.
We are together in this long journey of learning to live up to our high ideals, affirming in mind, heart, words and hands, that all people – regardless of age, gender identity, nationality, or ethnicity, peacefully choosing to express themselves– have inherent dignity and value. We welcome all people, everywhere, as God’s beloved children.

The surveying has been done! It's difficult to tell in the picture above, but the stakes with the orange flags are located where corners of the front part of the building will be. The second pic shows some of them a little bit better.
In about two weeks we'll see fill dirt being brought in and the grading being done. We
are deeply grateful for the steadfast faith of all those whose gifts of
love and substance sustain our Church during this time of transition.
We are very glad to welcome old friends and new friends on Sundays on our
home campus.
Our
beautiful new Church Home is being built for us in wisdom, love, and
divine timing and we are ready to receive it!

interpretation. It's awesome to see how these paths intertwine to teach
Truth!
Walk with these two longtime friends and colleagues who
are also longtime Bible scholars through intriguing stories in the Torah
with insights from the Gospels as well.

discussion during this unique, rich, and fulfilling exploration.
