We’re happy to share continued progress on our new church home!
This past week marked another important milestone as all of the unsuitable soil was successfully removed from the site, completing this phase of the ground preparation work.
Pictured above is a 10,000-pound compaction roller that has now been delivered and will be used this week to prepare and compact the building site. It's not glamorous, but it's going to play a pivotal step in the process. Once completed, a compaction test will be performed later in the week to help ensure the ground is ready for the next phase of construction.
Looking ahead, another significant step is just around the corner as the masonry contractor is scheduled to mobilize the following week and begin excavation for the building footings — the foundational work that will support our future church home.
Each week brings visible progress, and we’re grateful for everyone who continues to hold this vision with us.
Our
beautiful new Church Home is being built for us in wisdom, love, and
divine timing and we are ready to receive it!

Bring the Kids to Church Every Sunday!! |

After a long time coming, we’ve started something new—there’s now a kids table set up in the back every Sunday!
For this season, our services are all about being together as a family while we wait for our new building and dedicated kids spaces. It’s simple, but it feels like a really meaningful step forward.
Deanna has graciously stepped up to welcome and care for our kids each week. She’ll have coloring activities available, along with a couple of iPads for them to use. Kids are also welcome to bring a tablet or phone to enjoy quietly during the service.

WINGS is our daytime Truth Book Study Group and is led by our UCC Minister of Education, The Reverend Cynthia Mackey.
The group includes men and women and there's always great discussion!
Make new friends, share ideas and explore Unity teachings in a supportive, positive environment!
WINGS is currently enjoying an in depth study of Emmet Fox's New Thought classic, Alter Your Life.

Our Wednesday evening half-hours of meditation are presented as a "Spring to Autumn Series" of Unity Prayer Services drawn from The Healing Letters of Myrtle Fillmore (1936) - Cofounder of the Unitiy Movement - as compiled and shared by our Senior Minister, Leddy Hammock, from extracts of letters written by Myrtle in answer to letters from those who wrote to her for spiritual guidance over decades of her leadership in Silent Unity.

longtime friends, retired Reform Rabbi, Arthur Baseman and our Sr.
Minister, Leddy Hammock, sharing
insights into Hebrew Studies and Unity allegorical Bible
interpretation. It's awesome to see how these paths intertwine to teach
Truth!
Walk with these two longtime friends and colleagues who
are also longtime Bible scholars through intriguing stories in the Torah
with insights from the Gospels as well.
You
can just listen or you can also ask questions and join in the
discussion during this unique, rich, and fulfilling exploration.
Bring your favorite Bible version. Be ready to expand your understanding of scripture!
