Thank you for your continued prayers. Yesterday evening, we finished the third and last day of our Vacation Bible School. The weather was so hot here that we moved our club to later in the evening, but even so, there were fewer kids in attendance.

However, the kids who were there did a great job paying attention to the Bible story, singing the songs, reciting the three Bible memory verses, and making the crafts.

A highlight for me was playing the passages from Luke in the Ludari and Bayash languages, showing some of the kids Bible stories from the illustrated book we translated and having them listen along, and seeing the tweens/teens read the passage from Luke 7 in their heart language.

Today, we held the first of two days of a teen/tween Bible camp. We took 17 tweens and teens to a nearby park, where we ate together, played lots of games, and did crafts. Additionally, one of our summer teamers preached a brief but very clear gospel message, and another one gave a very moving personal testimony.

Once again, we are grateful that our luggage arrived yesterday since it contained sports equipment and crafts that we used yesterday and today.

Please continue to pray for good gospel conversations and that the Lord will use His Word and His Spirit to draw Roma to himself. And pray God will give the Roma a hunger to read and listen to the translated stories and Gospel of Luke in their Ludari and Bayash languages. (See the pictures above and below of the VBS meetings and tween/teen daycamp meetings.)
