Dear praying friends,
We have some dear friends who are currently "standin' in the need of prayer." And we also have a couple praises to share!
- We praise the Lord that our American teammate in Serbia received a clean bill of health from the doctors. She is the dear sister and mother of five children who had breast cancer, for whom you prayed while she had to be back in the States, and who is now healthy and back serving among the Roma in Serbia. We praise God that she is well.
- We praise the Lord that over the last year we have received 122% of our personal missionary support needs! Thank you for your donations which make this ministry possible.
- Please pray for our dear Roma teammate in Serbia who is the wife of one of our Bible translators and who herself plans to do Bible translation. They just got word that tumors were found on her uterus. Please pray for God's grace for them and for complete and quick healing for her.
- Please pray for a dear ministry partner who is struggling with severe depression. Would you pray that the Lord would extend special grace and that they would experience complete recovery soon? This person is a dear saint in the Lord who has gone through many difficulties in life and has consistently ministered to others with a gentle and humble spirit.
- We still are in need of housing in Kansas City for our home assignment August 2017-January 2018. Please pray for this need and let us know if you know of any potential housing in KC for us. This is our planned furlough when we get to see many of you, visit family in the States and speak at many churches to report what God is doing in Bible translation among the Roma
