I want to thank everyone for all of the love, support, emails, calls and texts I received about Pua. It means so much to me to have your support. Everyone's grieving process is different and it meant a lot to me to have all of your loving energy pouring out to me, during this very difficult time in my life. Pua is deeply missed, but I rest assured, knowing the beautiful place she is in and that I will see her again one day. I get asked a lot for advice on the grieving process, and I wanted to share the following things with you, that seem to help me. It is important to honor yourself and how you are feeling on a day to day basis, sometimes even hour to hour, or minute to minute. Try to go with the flow and feel the highs and lows of your grief. Let yourself cry, feel angry, or happy, or sad. Feel whatever feeling comes up, as hard as that is. It is important to honor this part of ourselves and the loss we feel. You will have good days and bad days, but the days always get better. Stick with it my friends, and I know you will come out of your grief, one day at a time. It is a process and not a race. Be kind to yourself, and surround yourself with people, places or things that you love and make you feel good.Much love and blessings to you all. Thank you for your love.
