We had a GREAT time at the Level 1 Mediumship Demonstration Workshop the other week! A lot of information was delivered, healing messages received, and great new friends made. Wow! Healing is a journey, not a destination—and it's one of the most powerful things you can choose for yourself. It's about giving yourself permission to feel, to rest, and to grow beyond the pain. Start by being gentle with yourself; speak to yourself the way you would to someone you love. Surround yourself with people who support your growth, and don’t be afraid to seek help—healing is not meant to be done alone. Journaling, therapy, nature, and moments of stillness can all be tools to help you reconnect with your inner peace. Remember, progress is not always linear—what matters is that you keep showing up for yourself.
