SPECIAL ELECTION - CALL TO ACTION!
When: Thursday, January 25, 2018
Where: Tennessee Senate District 14 - (some or all of Rutherford, Marshall, Bedford, Moore, and Lincoln counties)
What: Vote for Joe Carr as a State Senator for this district
TFA and TFALAC are asking legislators in 2018 to reduce and eliminate gun free zones (particularly on government owned properties). We are asking legislators to decriminalize the free exercise of your 2nd Amendment protected rights. We are asking legislators to tie the hands of local government officials who seek to find any possible loophole to permit banning you from defending your family.
Simply, we are asking legislators to these state legislators to honor their constitutional oaths of office.
There is a special election for a vacancy in the State Senate that is being held TOMORROW - Thursday, January 25. We have the chance to elect someone to that office who has proven his support for the 2nd and 10th Amendments. Who has proven his intent to prohibit and punish "sanctuary" mayors and local governments. Who has proven that he is not just another Establishment minion.
If you are registered to vote and are legitimately a Republican, it is important for you to vote FOR JOE CARR in this primary race TOMORROW.
We already know that the Establishment Republicans, Planned Parenthood supporters, the Common Core supporters associated with the Tennessee Education Association, Democrats and others are trying hard to defeat Joe Carr - because of what he stands for.
They are desperate to defeat Joe Carr because of what he stands for. The sad fact is that they are trying to do it with someone who "claims" to be a conservative. Don't be fooled by all the seductive radio and other ads trying to mislead you.
If you live in this district and can ethically vote in a Republican primary - go vote for Joe Carr.
If you don't live in the district but know people who do, call and encourage them. Go pick them up and drive them to the polls if you have to!
If you are active on social media - get active today. Help us increase our chances of legislative success in 2018 by electing Joe Carr tomorrow.

PS. I know some of you don't live in this district and are asking perhaps "why send me this"? Well, even if you don't live in this district, the person elected to represent this district may end up serving on subcommittees or committees that will be used to kill votes on bills that would protect your rights. The person elected for this district will have a floor on the vote on every piece of legislation that impacts your rights. Whether you "can vote" in this district is not the issue - its will this person have the ability to cast votes that could hurt you or infringe your rights!
