Improvements
Unscheduled Treatment Follow-ups:
👉 If a patient has an active appointment on schedule (even if it's a recall) in 2 months, for example, Teamio doesn't let you follow-up if the appointment falls within 60 days - we've removed this check.
This was there since the beginning of launch and we had certain assumptions.
But we've learned from your feedback this was causing more work than necessary, so we've removed this check - and now allowing you to follow-up with patients even if they have future appointments on the schedule - giving your team more flexibility.
👉 Filtering: From the main Unscheduled treatment page, you'll be able to select multiple providers to create lists.
Before you were only able to select a single provider, and it was requiring few extra clicks for a treatment coordinator who is responsible for multiple associates to create lists quickly.
Patient Profile:
👉 We've removed the "next appointment" check from Patient Profile page also when you're scheduling/initiating a follow-up for a certain date.
👉 We've added a Provider column to show which provider has treatment planned the procedures listed under Unscheduled Treatment in Treatment Plan
Back-end Changes:
👉 In our last update, we released capability of setting up Provider Production goals for displaying on the 2-week Scheduled Production window from Huddle. But what if one of the providers leaves the practice?
Usually, you'd do this by setting the Provider "Hidden" from Open Dental. With this update, Teamio will also automatically detect this action of removing the provider and remove the Provider from showing from the goals page.
