His goal is to keep it in plain sight and top of mind for his team to see how effective they are vs "okay, let me just go make my 5 calls out today, so I can leave"
My thoughts:
I like the idea. Not all team members are same. Some are motivated, some are not - and they treat outbound calls as just a task or a checkmark to be ticked off.
The idea is great because it will only add to the effectiveness of your team reaching out to patients for getting them scheduled.
When your team is looking at the daily calls to be made from the Daily Dashboard - if they're seeing the progress on ACTUAL PRODUCTION (net) SCHEDULED as a direct result of their follow-up efforts, there's potential for them to be motivated further.
You're able to see the ROI on your team outbound calls from Team Insights - but by introducing ability to set goals will only add to the overall usability of the platform.
For offices that tie team bonuses to the scheduled production, this should be helpful!
