Subject: Teamio Feature Idea - Need YOUR Input

Hello everyone,


We received an email from one of our offices using Teamio with a feature request. The idea is great, but we'd love more feedback to brainstorm further before we start development work on it!


Here's the email from Dr. Lau from Meadowbrook Family Dental in Elk Grove, California:


I was thinking... would it be a good idea to be able to create a goal of how much production scheduled... kind of like how we can set goals for number of calls out per day/week/month, etc...?


Because I like to always remind my team that a call is not what I am ultimately after, it's how much production you're able to put back on the schedule. I see sometimes they'll just make calls to get through my minimum I set for them (5/day to start) but it's not super productive... so I just want to have a production amount to be a goal as well. 


What he's looking for:


His goal is to keep it in plain sight and top of mind for his team to see how effective they are vs "okay, let me just go make my 5 calls out today, so I can leave"


My thoughts:


I like the idea. Not all team members are same. Some are motivated, some are not - and they treat outbound calls as just a task or a checkmark to be ticked off.


The idea is great because it will only add to the effectiveness of your team reaching out to patients for getting them scheduled.


When your team is looking at the daily calls to be made from the Daily Dashboard - if they're seeing the progress on ACTUAL PRODUCTION (net) SCHEDULED as a direct result of their follow-up efforts, there's potential for them to be motivated further.


You're able to see the ROI on your team outbound calls from Team Insights - but by introducing ability to set goals will only add to the overall usability of the platform.


For offices that tie team bonuses to the scheduled production, this should be helpful!
