I wanted to schedule a time with you to start the onboarding process for using Teamio in your practice.

You're probably thinking the timing couldn't be more wrong because of the pandemic.

For the first step of onboarding, we will be installing a file on your server.

So you want to make sure of the following two things:
  1. You have access to your server either from the office or remotely from your home.
  2. Installation of file needs to occur when no-one in your office is using opendental.
So be sure to schedule for a time only when you know no one is using opendental.

The whole process should take no more than 30 minutes.
