I'm sending this email because you've signed up on our beta list to use Teamio as an early adopter.
First of all, I hope you and the family are well and safe!
I wanted to schedule a time with you to start the onboarding process for using Teamio in your practice.
You're probably thinking the timing couldn't be more wrong because of the pandemic.
In fact, that's what we were originally thinking.
But we decided to remove some of the features that were originally planned to go live with, so we can open up for beta testing right away and get this into your hands fast.
We understand you may be opening up soon or in maybe a few weeks, regardless, you'll be able to put Teamio to use right away as you prepare to open up.
As an early adopter, there will be no sign up fee, nor any monthly fees at this point.
All we expect is your feedback as you use our platform.
If your office isn't opening anytime soon, no worries, use Teamio remotely to do what you would do normally from the office or even remote logged-in.
It's probably the best time to just learn to use the system to help you put consistent systems in place for automated accountability!
now the details...
For the first step of onboarding, we will be installing a file on your server.
So you want to make sure of the following two things: - You have access to your server either from the office or remotely from your home.
- Installation of file needs to occur when no-one in your office is using opendental.
So be sure to schedule for a time only when you know no one is using opendental.
The whole process should take no more than 30 minutes.
